• Develop and implement improvement plans for underperforming team members
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to support team growth
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cross-functional challenges

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in a customer service environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient with customer service tools, CRM platforms, and performance analytics
• Skilled in managing escalated customer situations with empathy and efficiency

• Self-driven and capable of managing a remote team effectively
