Compensation: $25.00 – $41.00 hourly, depending on experience, with a $4 off-shift premium available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and practices.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, including pumps, motors, and plastic extruders.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and document all tasks using CMMS software.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and function independently with minimal supervision.
• Utilize electrical testing tools to evaluate circuits and equipment.
• Install electrical components such as conduits, wires, breakers per the National Electric Code.
• Take charge of instrumentation, scales, and balances calibration and its documentation.
• Capably wire control cabinets based on schematics and drawings.
• Resolve issues with AC/DC motors and drives.
• Navigate PLC operations, resolve problems, and understand ladder logic diagrams.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and technical bulletins accurately.
• Maintain and repair robotics and related equipment.
• Drive a forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift safely.
• Operate shop tools efficiently.
• Schedule and strategize individual tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Uphold cleanliness within the work environment.
• This position involves occasional driving of company vehicles, necessitating a valid driver’s license.
• Commit to additional relevant duties as required.
• Proficiently draft reports and communicate both written and verbally.

Educational & Experience Prerequisites:

• Associates degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• An electrical license is a plus.
• Completion of high school or possession of a GED.

Physical Demands:

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills required.
