We are looking for a Greenhouse and Maintenance Technician to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Brooks,OR.

This position is responsible to develop, implement and execute facility maintenance programs and service requirements for the Brooks Vegetable Seeds R&D site.
This position is also responsible for greenhouse maintenance and supply

During your shift as a Greenhouse & Maintenance Technician, you will

• Develop, plan, schedule, perform, monitor, and coordinate all greenhouse and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate and collaborate with contractors to ensure proper fulfillment of repairs and service requests for the site and equipment.
• Be responsible for greenhouse crop and environmental support, e.g., supplies, inputs, irrigation, environmental controls, and hygiene.
• Coordinate with site stakeholders to implement and execute corrective and preventative maintenance programs of equipment and greenhouse operations.
• Coordinate weekly schedule with Site stakeholders.

If you have...

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and executing established maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated experience in oversight of third parties. Experience in directing a team is preferred.
• Experience in operating and overseeing equipment/building management systems including programming and troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve applicable maintenance issues utilizing proper tools and equipments as necessary.
• Proficiency in English (Spanish speaking skills preferred).
