Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Greenhouse Associate to join our team for the seasonal care and cultivation of perennial plants and herbs at our growing range. The ideal candidate is passionate about plants, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is eager to contribute to our vibrant and customer-focused greenhouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Grower and Assistant Grower with planting and potting seedlings
• Fill and label trays accurately for plant distribution
• Transport potted products between the potting shed and greenhouses
• Cultivate and maintain perennials and herbs, ensuring optimal growth
• Prepare delivery orders for retail settings
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and general facilities regularly

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks at a reasonably fast pace, while maintaining quality
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to walk, bend, and squat often
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must maintain excellent attendance and tardiness record
• No smoking environment
