We are seeking an HR Recruiter with proven experience working in an international staffing agency or global recruitment environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international hiring practices, compliance requirements, and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier global talent.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles across multiple time zones and regions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using global job boards, social media, and staffing platforms.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with international staffing partners and agencies.
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and hiring regulations.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Support employer branding initiatives for global markets.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in an international staffing agency or global recruitment environment.
Strong understanding of international employment practices and visa/work permit processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
