Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 50 per hourWe're looking for a Internal Communications Specialist to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in shaping the internal identity. This isn't a customer-facing role; instead, you'll dive deep into the heart of the client's culture and branding, ensuring a unified and consistent brand experience for our associates globally.If you have a strong background in managing brand identity and internal communications for large organizations, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities: Internal Brand Stewardship: You'll be the guardian of the client's brand identity across all internal touchpoints, ensuring a consistent look, feel, and sound. Culture Communications: Drive initiatives related to associate culture, including the design and deployment of internal swag, managing associate vests, and supporting internal events. Visual Identity Standards: Develop and maintain visual identity standards for internal use, applying them to various elements such as team assets, company vehicles, and facilities. Global Messaging & Creative: Craft and implement messaging and creative content for internal communications that unify the client's brand voice on a global scale. Brand Consistency: Champion brand consistency internally to foster unity, cultivate a strong company culture, and instill pride among our associates worldwide. Qualifications: Proven experience in brand management, internal communications, or similar roles for large, complex organizations. A deep understanding of how to translate brand guidelines into internal-facing applications. Strong ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. Excellent communication and creative skills with an eye for detail. Experience working with global brands is a significant plus.
