The Maintenance Supervisor will manage the optimization and improvement of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems at the Miller Chemical plant in Hanover, PA. This person will maintain systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; troubleshootin g, r estoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. Provide supervision and direction to Maintenance Mechanic.

The Maintenance supervisor’s position is responsible for facility and equipment maintenance (office and plant), scheduling and coordinating with contractors and oversight of regulatory requirements related to building maintenance and environmental compliance.

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as an applicant's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
U.S. Market-Based Salary Range: $85,000 - $98,000
In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
