Product Specialist Northeast (MD, DE, VA)

Position Summary:The Product Specialist provides exceptional technical support and product expertise to drive customer and dealer satisfaction for (AGTX/ Governmental Mowing/ Mantis) products. As the primary contact with local dealers, the Product Specialist assists with troubleshooting, product demonstrations, training, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
This is a remote role based in the Northeast (MD, DE, VA), with frequent travel required.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between Client Industrial, dealers, and customers, ensuring prompt and professional support
Travel to field locations to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues
Coordinate customer and dealer visits, machine evaluations, parts deliveries, and service work independently
Provide onsite sales support for product demonstrations and technical inquiries
Create detailed service reports and provide summaries to management
Collaborate with customer service to address warranty issues and boost product satisfaction
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems using engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD software
Conduct durability and performance testing of equipment after repairs
Provide technical training to dealers and customers
Create and update service manuals and bulletins
