This role will start as a full-time position with evening and weekend hours, offering a dynamic work environment where you'll make a real impact.

Compensation:
$40,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities:
Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments for realtors and field agents, ensuring quick response times to meet client needs.
Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to drive lead generation and build the sales pipeline.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, ensuring agents have up-to-date information to move prospects through the listing and closing stages.
Foster and grow existing business relationships within the designated sales area to expand our market reach.
Provide regular monthly and quarterly sales reports to track progress and align with team and company goals.

What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
A valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel locally by car.
Ability to work evenings and weekends (30-40 hours per week).
Open to remote candidates.
