We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We need people to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Qualifications:
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Self-motivation and drive
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• NOTE: This is a commission-only position. Please do not apply if you need a base salary to get started. However, Yoder Real Estate provides leads and the best training in the industry so you'll be ramped up and producing quickly.
