Position Summary Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for relationship-building and results? MedPro Disposal is seeking ambitious SMT Sales Representatives to drive growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on outbound and inbound sales calls, can build rapport quickly, and want to be part of a mission-driven company making healthcare safer and more efficient. You’ll be based in our Naperville office, using phone, Zoom, and email to connect with healthcare organizations across the country. Backed by a proven sales framework and continuous coaching, you’ll turn warm leads into long-term customers—fueling both your success and ours. Our Mission To identify, engage, and convert multi-location healthcare organizations into loyal clients by delivering centralized, cost-saving compliance solutions that boost operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute smart, strategic outreach to grow customer base and increase market penetration
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio
  • Analyze industry trends and client data to personalize outreach and improve close rates
  • Conduct consistent phone and Zoom outreach to educate and engage both new and existing customers
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Present, negotiate, and close profitable deals with prospective clients
  • Record all interactions and updates in our CRM system with accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client experience
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of proven success in a hunter-style sales or account management role
  • Confident communicator with outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Skilled in overcoming objections, closing deals, and building long-term trust
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in meeting goals
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience working in an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) environment is a plus

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $100,000+ annually
