Key Responsibilities:
Assemble through-hole and SMT components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) by hand
Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical design documents
Use a variety of hand and power tools, including soldering irons, wire strippers/crimpers, and de-soldering equipment
Handle and identify electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, transformers, connectors, and PCBs
Follow ESD handling procedures and safety protocols
Lift or move components and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance
Qualifications:
2â4 years of relevant experience in electronic assembly
Strong knowledge of SMT and through-hole component assembly
Familiarity with ESD procedures and safe handling practices
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity and focus
