**Job Overview:**
**Supply Chain Planner**
**Location:** Tucson
**Shift & Schedule:** Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
**Position Overview:**
The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for translating demand signals from various sources into an executable production schedule that aligns with customer requirements while maximizing production efficiency. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Multi-Site Production Planning, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Quality, NPD, Sales, Marketing, Corporate Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and maintain production schedules using SAP and Excel to meet demand and optimize efficiency
+ Collaborate with planners, customer service, plant and corporate leadership, purchasing, and production teams to adjust schedules as needed
+ Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and operations to reduce downtime and improve equipment availability
+ Support safety initiatives by actively participating in all safety training and practices
+ Champion quality standards by promoting a right-first-time approach and participating in audits and corrective actions
+ Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance scheduling, material flow, and equipment utilization
+ Assist with new product and packaging initiatives by managing setup, procurement, and execution
+ Support inventory management through daily cycle counts, PO management, and SAP troubleshooting
+ Provide planning leadership to designated production lines, aligning with TPM and High-Performing Team principles
+ Procure all necessary materials and packaging, resolving vendor and procurement issues as needed
+ Foster a culture of performance, diversity, and engagement within the Planning Team
+ Perform other duties as needed to support the Planning function

**Requirements:**
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting preferred
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, inventory control, or accounting within a manufacturing environment
+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
