What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial pool systems

• Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs with confidence

• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure system performance

• Educate customers on maintenance best practices

• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer satisfaction and growth

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of mechanical experience (pool systems a big plus!)

• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset

• Clear communication—you make the technical understandable

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Bonus points for experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC
